After being extracted from the cacao bean, the natural cocoa butter has a rich pleasant chocolate aroma. The appearance is characteristic pale yellow to light brownish color.
I was using bunch of small size cocoa butter for a while until I found Goldstar 55 pounds cocoa butter and so far so good. Thanks for the consistency in getting it delivered to me on time.
